This Training is very useful to gain technical knowledge on Preheat and PWHT before and after complete welding is done. Capable of preheating and PWHT without reducing steel strength.


TRAINING OUTLINE
Type and mechanical properties of steel. Chemical elements in steel. Quenching and tempering heat treatment. Martensite temperature. Eliminate internal stress. Improve mechanical properties, machinability and metal wear. Eliminates trapped gas (hydrogen). Use of heat treatment. Advantages and disadvantages of heat treatment in metals.
