- Pemantauan Resiko Quantitative Proyek Konstruksi
- Membuat dan Menyajikan Laporan Tindak Lanjut Resiko Proyek Konstruksi
- Mengukur Kinerja Proyek: Mendapatkan kemampuan untuk menilai kemajuan dan kinerja proyek menggunakan metrik EVM utama seperti Nilai yang Direncanakan (PV), Nilai yang Diperoleh (EV), dan Biaya Aktual (AC).
- Memprediksi kinerja proyek di masa depan menggunakan metrik seperti Estimate at Completion (EAC) dan To-Complete Performance Index (TCPI).
- Menerapkan EVM dalam proses dan alat manajemen proyek untuk kontrol dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik.
- Studi Kasus dan Penerapan Praktis: Menerapkan konsep EVM ke skenario dunia nyata untuk meningkatkan pemahaman praktis dan penerapan teknik
