DEVELOP menerapkan Syllabus HAZOP, HAZID, and Safety Instrumented System (SIS) & Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Training dengan tahap-tahap pembelajaran berkualitas sbb:
Session 1: Safety Lifecycle, Functional Safety, SIS, Hazard Identification, and SIL Determination
Focus:
- Safety lifecycle phases: design to decommissioning
- Industrial accident causes and prevention strategies
- Functional safety standards: IEC 61511 and IEC 61508
- SIS role in risk reduction and cost-effective safety design
- Integration of BPCS and protection layers
- Safety assessments, audits, and lifecycle planning
- Hazard and risk analysis, safety function allocation
- SIF components: sensors, logic solvers, final elements
- SIL levels 1–4: demand mode, failure rates, risk targets
- CCPS hazard categories: people, property, environment
- HAZOP methodology: deviation analysis, safeguards, team review
- SIL determination: risk evaluation, mitigation, and prevention layers
Session 2: LOPA and Safety Requirement Specification (SRS)
Focus:
- LOPA methodology: scenarios, event frequency, IPLs, risk decisions
- Scenario analysis: initiating events, consequences, conditional modifiers
- IPL effectiveness, PFD values, risk tolerance, auditability
- Case studies: equipment failures, protective measures, human error
- SIL determination: RRF, PFDavg, component failure rates
- SRS development: functional requirements, performance criteria, verification
Session 3: HFT, SIS Design, Logic Solver, I/O Systems, and Operator Interfaces
Focus:
- HFT vs voting architectures and redundancy strategies
- SIS design: reliability data, test intervals, sensor selection
- Logic solver: SIL-certified controllers, diagnostics, response time
- I/O systems: isolation types, analog/digital modules, SIL-rated components
- Operator interfaces: EWS, OWS, SOE, function block programming, partial stroke testing, HMI overrides
Session 4: Safety Shutdown Architecture, Final Elements, and SIL Verification
Focus:
- Shutdown system architecture: EWS, OWS, SOE, FGS, Modbus, DCS
- Final elements: IEC 61508 compliance, reliability data, stroking time, diagnostics
- SIL verification: results from LOPA and SRS, evaluation of SIFs
- Case study: SIL verification and recommendations
