Penilaian Risiko Kebakaran dan Ledakan (Fire&Explosion Risk Assessment atau FERA) adalah proses sistematis yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi potensi risiko yang terkait dengan bahaya kebakaran dan ledakan di berbagai lingkungan, seperti fasilitas industri, bangunan komersial, dan lokasi lain di mana bahan mudah terbakar atau meledak hadir.
Tujuan utama dari FERA adalah mengidentifikasi sumber potensial penyalaan, bahan bakar, dan jalur potensial untuk peristiwa kebakaran dan ledakan, serta menilai kemungkinan dan konsekuensi potensial dari peristiwa-peristiwa ini terjadi.
