Coating Inspector Program Training

TRAINING DESCRIPTION
This Training is very useful to gain technical knowledge on check positions inspection, and verify surface preparation and coating thickness. Familiar with painting and coating tools. Can explain basic inspection equipment.

TRAINING OUTLINE
Definition of coating and painting. quality check. Ambient and workpiece surface. Cleanliness and condition of the workpiece surface. Number of readings of thickness inspection data. Sea salt contamination. Watch the mixing & thinning of the layers. Dry layer thickness measurement. SSPC-PA definition 2. Final inspection. NACE SP0188 holiday/pinhole detection. Determine the proper peak voltage setting. Testing the results of coating/painting.
